We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- USA: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
🔄 Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a store credit, a credit refund, or an exchange.
Unworn and undamaged merchandise may be returned in its original box within 14 days of the date of delivery. The shoebox must be shipped inside of a shipping carton. The original invoice must accompany the return along with the Return form that came with your order.
- Fill out the Return form that came with your order. Be sure to complete all fields: your name, order number, items you are returning, reason for return, and style #, color and size of any items you wish to exchange for.
- Enclose the Return form with your return items and send back the shoes in their original shoebox inside a shipping box. Ship with UPS, FedEx or USPS and insure the package for the value of the items enclosed. We are not responsible for lost items — be sure to get a tracking number.
- Send package to: Alvarenzo Shoes, 112 Capitol Trail A1660, Newark, Delaware 19711. Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used, less the shipping.
- DOMESTIC ORDERS: To verify eligibility for free return and acquire a shipping label, contact us at alvarenzoshoes@gmail.com or call (323)-220-2499.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Alvarenzo Shoes.
Please Note:
- Shoes not returned in their original box will not be accepted.
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
- Custom and/or Special Orders can be exchanged but are not eligible for refund.
- Shoes purchased on Layaway are not eligible for return.
- Shoe Trees are not returnable.
- Worn or damaged merchandise will not be eligible for return.
👟 Shoe Care
To keep your Alvarenzo leather loafers in pristine condition:
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove dust and moisture.
- Apply a quality leather conditioner every 4-6 weeks to maintain suppleness.
- Use a matching shoe cream or polish to restore shine and color.
- Store in the provided dust bag, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Use cedar shoe trees to maintain shape when not in use.
- Avoid exposure to rain and excessive moisture; allow to dry naturally if wet.
